Kure-nai series recaps part 2/3

I'm starting to get really annoyed by the voice acting in this show... I dunno like... it feels very stiff... and the little girl sounds way too mature. Other than that it's good.

Episode 05 - Wish
Shinkuro takes Murasaki with him to his friend's house to practice martial arts... That girl who knew the Kouhouin family, she's part of a family of assassins or something... Murasaki learns about the cultural meaning of a "Sunday"... I didn't pay much attention but it seemed like nothing much happened.

Episode 06 - Light Shines Over Your Head, Doesn't it?
This episode is really weird...
Shinkuro and his girlfiend, and his neighbors all rehearse a musical play... but the gf and the creepy woman are really bad at singing. That woman who is watching Shinkuro and Murasaki gets roped into helping the creepy woman learn how to sing... and Shinkuro helps teach his gf how to sing by singing a duet with her...

At then end they have this weird song + dance scene in the apartment (with awkward 5fps animation), and Benika comes and reveals this was all part of her plan to help the spy woman make friends with the others, or something...

btw I really hate that other neighbor woman... the "onee-san" one... such an overdone character type...

Episode 07 - Women
Here's where the story starts getting good again.
Tamaki (the oneesan girl) takes Murasaki out and teaches her about relationships and stuff... Murasaki gets the idea from her that Shinkuro's gf is an untrustworthy person trying to lure him in by acting "familiar", and she rushes home to tell him to stop going out with her... While that's happening, a random guy happens to overhear Tamaki and Murasaki, and recognizes Murasaki as the Kouhouin daughter... He investigates and tells the Kouhouin family about that girl's whereabouts, and that Benika's people are watching her...

Then there's some more backstory, showing when Murasaki's mom committed suicide (for some reason, the father was trying to hide the fact that this woman was Murasaki's daughter, but Murasaki found out about it on her own...

Episode 08 - With Self-Preservation and Cowardice
Murasaki's father now seems to be having the same sort of thoughts that her mother had... thinking it might be good for Murasaki to experience the outside world...

This episode is just a boring slice of life plot where Shinkuro and the neighbors take Murasaki to a temple to celebrate Shi-Go-San day, and the Benika watchlady notices someone spying on them...

Murasaki's father is talking to an older man about Murasaki... The older guy seems to be in a higher position of power and says the father is losing his hold on his family... Some younger Kouhouin male, who I think is Murasaki's older brother, comes in and tells his dad he'll take over the job of getting Murasaki back...

Murasaki is really cute in this one... she tells Shinkuro that she really appreciates him taking her to experience all of these things in the past few weeks that she normally wasn't able to do..

Shinkuro's nerdy friend tells him that according to her research, Murasaki is not a member of the Kouhouin family... That there must be some big conspiracy going on and Shinkuro is involved in something very dangerous... Later, Shinkuro gets attacked by the Kouhouin spies, and Benika's guard comes and saves him...
