Usagi is in her room crying... and she yells at Chibi-usa before realizing she was trying to cheer her up.
later, Chibiusa follows Usagi to the arcade, where the remaining senshi are having their secret meeting... Minako and Makoto get a message from the game center because someone was doing really well at the Sailor V game... it was Chibiusa... wow, Chibiusa and Usagi are practically indistinguishable in their personalities during this scene, it's really cute.
Usagi figures out from Makoto and Minako's deductions that the Black Moon is after Chibiusa...
then there's a really sad seen where Chibiusa gets memories of her parents from seeing Usagi's parents... then she runs away in a rainstorm... remembering Pluto's words cheer her up, and she turned her P ball into an umbrella and made pidgeons fly out of it, some kid saw it... Mamoru sees her, and comes up to ask what she's up to... he touches onto her shoulder as she's looking at the time key... and just then a terrible vision comes to both Chibiusa and him...
Meanwhile, Prince Demand talking with Wise Man.. he (correctly) theorizes that the Sailor Senshi all get their immortality from the silver crystal. he can't wait to crush it and see the look on their faces... Rubeus brings in Petz, the 3rd of the sisters, to avenge Koan and Berthier...
Mamoru tells Usagi that he can feel something really frightening Chibiusa whenever he touches her... and Mamoru's friend overhears the cat talking to them. This guy, Asanuma-chan... he refers to Makoto as "senpai"... Makoto seems to be coughing a lot. he touches her forehead and gets a shock...
"Apparently I get all statically charged when I'm not feeling well."
lemme guess, that storm that has been going on all episode has something to do with Makoto's illness, or Petz, or both...
Asanuma tells Makoto about how he overheard that cat, and something about Ami and Rei being taken...
she looks into his eyes and truthfully reassures him... "We are normal humans. One thing that's different is that we have a destiny to fight enemies. Rei and Ami, who share my destiny, were taken, and I want to save them. No matter what it takes."
then he runs away as Makoto starts coming onto him... he reassures her that he won't tell anyone.
just after he leaves, both Makoto and the storm start getting worse... she barely manages to call her teammates before passing out.
so, Petz' evil plan is the weirdest one yet... just make it storm and send out a bunch of droid monsters to invade the city... meanwhile Makoto is getting attacked by a phantom of herself.
Petz, the eldest of the four Spectre Sisters introduces herself. Jupiter tries to fight her one on one, but fails because of the virus... Moon comes in and zaps her with Princess Halation, but it's too late, Jupiter is already trapped in Petz' lightning barrier.

ACT 18 - Invasion -Sailor Venus-
Luna finds one of the earrings Petz wore, gets Artemis to take samples of it to try and help them find the Black Moon... Minako convinces everyone they should all go and ask Chibiusa to tell her what she knows about the Black Moon, and if she's an enemy or not...
Chibiusa has now started going to school, and brought home a new friend... Minako and the others have trouble imagining that a kid this friendly could be an enemy... then when she sees that black earring Usagi is carrying around, she freaks out... she really doesn't know anything about the Black Moon, except that they are frightening...
omg this scene... I am in tears... this arc is really good at developing Chibiusa's and everyone else's character...
meanwhile Rubeus, Saphir, and Esmaraude... another villain unrelated to the Sisters, but about the same rank as Rubeus... are all giving more plot about their organization...
"The Malefic Black Crystal is produced by this planet of darkness, Nemesis. As long as we have it, everything is in our hands.
Prince Demande... You discovered the full, fearsome strengthe of the Malefic Black Crystal when you damaged the Earth. That dead planet is already yours. We don't need to waste any more time or energy on it."
"I still haven't seen the dead body of that planet's ruler."
and wise man shows up telling them they NEED to get rid of that silver crystal.
they continue talking amongst themselves after Wise Man and Demande leave... the rest of them are all getting kinda suspicious of Wise Man.
"That shady, fortune-telling old coot."
"He appeared before us out of nowhere. With his clever way with words and cheap fortune-telling tricks, he's completely emasculated the Prince. "The prince was granted his invincible evil sight ability by Wiseman. No wonder the Prince can't resist him."
"Come to think of it, he is the one who gave the prince those weird ideas about the silver crystal. One day I'll rip off that facade and find out who he really is."
The last of the 4 Spectre Sisters, Calavaras, was channeling her 3 dead sisters, as Rubeus comes in and gives her a mission...
meanwhile.. back to Chibiusa...
"Mama is in trouble because of that stone."
Usagi scolds Chibiusa for not being able to help them.
Umino shows Usagi this spirit channeler giving away messages on a DVD...
Calavares is on it... people are recording her entering a trance state to channel beings from other dimensions...
during this state she says... "I am Rubeus of the Black Moon. We've come from very far away. We are very similar to you. We are not enemies or invaders. We have come to guide you to the right path."
Usagi blurts out "That's not true!", and then runs off.. Naru says to herself.. "Usagi... I actually noticed a long time ago that Usagi has a world that I can't enter. But I want to help you, Usagi..."
"They say the beings from the White Moon will bring disaster."
Minako and Artemis are watching this from their headquarters.. she decides to go and face this person head-on...
there's also a friend of Rei's who figured out she has some secret duty she can't tell anyone about, and it shows that guy from the last ep who knows about Makoto...
Mamoru talks to his ghost guardians... "I sense a distortion of time and space coming from this stone."
"Master, we will offer you our support. Protect the Princess with your power."
Chibiusa sneaks into Usagi's room while she's sleeping and takes her transformation brooch...
Meanwhile Minako is busy trying to stop Calavaras's brainwashing scheme...
"The bearers of the White Moon mark will bring about disaster by using the Legendary Silver Crystal!".
Venus doesn't even get anywhere in the fight and instantly gets surrounded by the barrier made from her sisters' spirits... Usagi caught up to Chibiusa, and Rubeus attacked them both. Tuxedo Mask comes in to fight him.
omg... this scene... Usagi is scared and unsure of what to do, with her friends all gone and Chibiusa having her brooch... but then she sees him in his mask, and remembers what that face means to her...
It's like Usako and all of his ghost friends being there, gives him the same sort of boost that he always gave to Sailor Moon...
"Don't falter. Only you can protect them. Concentrate. With your hands. And then shout!"
"Tuxedo La Smoking Bomber!"
he chases Rubues away with a literal DBZ attack. he convinces Chibiusa to give Usagi her brooch back, and Sailor Moon seems to succeed at saving Minako from Calavaras's barrier this time...
Chibiusa starts explaining herself to Usagi...
"I knew that the past silver crystal could only be used in the past. And that having the past and the future Legendary Silver Crystal together is very dangerous. I was taught all that. But even though it was dangerous, I thought if I had both of them, then maybe with that power I might be able to help. So I came here.
... Please save the Earth of the 30th century!"

ACT 19 - Time Warp -Sailor Pluto-
Chibiusa is asking Sailor Moon for help, while facing away from her to hide that she's also calling out to her time key and her future Silver Crystal.
"I crossed time and came here from Crystal Tokyo in the 30th century."
Artemis tries convincing her to let them help her... then Minako chimes in with an idea, "Chibiusa, if you can take us to the future, I'm sure we'll understand everything if you do!"
Chibiusa is shivering... "right now... I can't... I can't go back to such a scary place..."
she decides to stay with Mamoru that night instead of with Usagi...
"Chibiusa, what kind of person is your mom?"
"She's... gentle, kind, and strong..." she describes her the same way Mamoru does...
next it shows a scene from the future where Luna found the Time Warp gate... inside is a sacred realm where one gaurdian silently watches... the queen tells Luna not to tell anyone about this... the past Luna wakes up from this dream... that morning, Chibiusa has gained some courage and tells Usagi and Mamoru that she'll take them to the future...
"Small lady... Time travel is the last remaining taboo. Doing it or even knowing about it is strictly forbidden."
really? then Pluto doesn't know about the Nemesis I'm guessing?
"O Guardian of Time, cut through the heavens and thrust open the Door of Space and Time for me. I call thy true name, almighty God of Time, father of the Guardian, Chronos! Grant me guidance! Grant me protection! Show me the Path of Light!"
Chibiusa's hand slips and she loses everyone while going through the time warp...
Wise Man informs everyone that the rabbit has returned, and she brought along some powerful allies with her...
"Prince. You must let me, Esmeraude, handle this perfect opportunity."
Usagi and the others have landed near the door of time after losing Chibiusa's hand... they are stopped by Sailor Pluto.
"I control the door of Space and Time. The Guardian of the Underworld, Sailor Pluto! Those who commit a taboo shall be eliminated!"
Luna: "We're not even allowed to know that she exists. The solitary Guardian of Time who no one has ever seen, Sailor Pluto!"
Chibiusa runs up and stops Sailor Pluto from fighting them...
"You stole my space time key, and went into the past without permission, didn't you?"
Pluto just hugs her...
"You've brought the Princess here safely, please forgive my rudeness towards you."
The 30th century is covered in darkness, by a giant scary moon hovering over it... Chibiusa feints after seeing all the dead people everywhere, and her home in the distance...
this is like some Fate/Stay Night Shirou experience going on here with Chibiusa... she watched as everyone around except her died... Chibiusa gets up, and tries to summon enough courage to charge towards the crystal palace. Then they get attacked by Esmeraude's henchmen.. Sailor Moon tries to take them out, but her Princess Halation has no effect in this era... then they get surrounded by some barrier.
"You're now fixed in a magnetic field of Chirality Center. You will never be able to escape."
But Chibiusa refuses to give up... "As long as my mom is there, you can never destroy Crystal Palace!"
Mamoru gets a psychic message from his future self... "Pray to the crystal floor!"
He manages to break this unbreakable barrier, and Esmeraude backs out before she can be hit by Mamoru's and Venus's combined attack.
Chibiusa takes everyone into the Crystal Palace, and greets her mom, who is encased in crystal... Neo Queen Serenity. Then she's surprised to be greeted by Diana, as well as her dad, both still okay...
