First, I rewatched that amazing episode 13 while coming up on edibles... now onto the next one, the start of the Black Moon arc.
ACT 14 - Conclusion and Commencement -Petite Étrangère-
"Grant me the power of the moon."
Sailor Moon's prayers revived the Moon Tower... making the crystal of the moon tower grow and regain its form of a giant sword...
Luna: "I will pray with her, too, bringing our hearts together."
Mamoru: "This shining light... the true brilliance of the moon. This is the same brilliance of the Legendary Silver Crystal."
Sailor Moon, with the backdrop of the moon behind her: "Begone! With the power of this holy light! Turn to dust!"
... meanwhile, Artemis sees Luna as a human for a second while she's praying...
"You looked very sacred just then. Becoming one with Princess Serenity... Just like Selene, the goddess of the moon."
Metalia gets vaporized... then the ruined Silver Millenium gets fully restored... it looks really beautiful... while this show's animators are very bad at drawing people, they really nailed the visual aesthetic of the manga in other ways...
Meanwhile, Sailor Moon's brooch has shattered from all the energy she put out, and is normal Usagi again... Endymion helps her confirm where her friends are, by holding her hand and placing his other hand on the ground...
"I can see a vision of this planet through his hand."
I guess that's how he's always able to find Sailor Moon when she's in trouble.
Usagi is about to cry when she sees her friends unconscious... Luna's voice then comes up and tells her to come to the moon. She tells her she doesn't need the brooch's powers, and can use the Moon Stick to go to the moon even as Usagi.
Luna declares Usagi the new Queen Serenity... but Usagi decided the reason she was reborn was to live as a normal girl on Earth, with Mamoru... Queen Serenity then shows up, confirms Usagi's decision, and turns into Usagi's new brooch.
"Put the silver crystal into that brooch, then shout "Moon Crystal Power Make Up! You'll be able to bring forth more power, and be stronger than ever!"
she's saying that Usagi now has the power to do what she wants.
"I will transform into Sailor Moon, to save everyone."
aw, the transformation sequence is still exactly the same...
She uses Moon Healing Escalation to reverse Metalia's damage on earth, and revive her friends...
The Chibiusa introduction scene happens exactly the same way as I remember it... just as Usagi and Mamoru are trading back their items at the promised spot, this pink haired kid drops in outta nowhere and steals a kiss from Mamoru... then holds a gun up to Usagi demanding her to hand over the silver crystal.

ACT 15 - Infiltration -Sailor Mars-
Mamoru gained visions of the future as soon as he touched Chibiusa's hand...
Chibiusa whispers to him... "Hey... It's my fault..."
she makes herself part of Tsukino's family... Luna notices the silver crystal she's wearing around her neck... she asks Usagi to check to see if her's is still there...
The revived Moon Castle allowed Luna to bring them new transformation pens with increased power...
Rei starts getting creepy visions of the new enemy, the Black Moon... This one club called the Black Moon is competing with Rei's club in a festival, and some rival fortune teller is telling people their time of death, then asking them to join the Black Moon...
Chibiusa is nearby when Rei sees someone in this group with a Black Moon mark on their forehead... Chibiusa probably feels really scared and alone with these guys following her and Usagi and Mamoru still not trusting her...
Rei watched somebody in that club spontaneously combust...
Rei gathers the 5 sailor guardians together to confront this new enemy... they get introduced to Koan, the youngest of the 4 Specter sisters... when she mentions that she's after the silver crystal, Chibiusa, hiding behind a bush, holds her necklace...
When Tuxedo Mask comes in to help Sailor Moon... he holds her hand, and they summon Queen Serenity's Moon Rod... which now belongs to Usagi...
"Moon Princess Halation!"
after Koan gets destroyed, Crimson Rubeus, a higher up bad guy, comes to kidnap Sailor Mars who got trapped in Koan's flame barrier...
Usagi notices Chibiusa was there watching them the whole time... Luna comes to try to stop her from being too hard on her... but Usagi runs home and leaves Chibiusa out in the rain... Luna comes to Mamoru's apartment to get him to take care of her.. in this case Usagi's the one who thinks she's this new character is an enemy...

ACT 16 - Abduction -Sailor Mercury-
Chibiusa dreams of what happened to her... Her dad told her that Sailor Moon is invincible... and when the Black Moon invaded, Chibiusa ran back to the past to either get the other silver crystal from the past or get Sailor Moon's help. then when she wakes up... Mamoru and Luna are extremely friendly to her... she asks them about Sailor Moon, Mamoru tells her she's invincible... and Chibiusa asks if she can save her mom...
meanwhile, the others start talking about how they're going to save Mars... Ami is playing chess, and saying this helps her get better at planning their enemy's moves..
Mamoru and Luna show up to Usagi's with Chibiusa the next day... Even Mamoru is having trouble trying to convince Usagi to trust her.
Sapphir is talking to Prince Demande... these 2 way high up enemies are still shrouded in kind of a mystery... and their boss even more shrouded...
Rubeus seems to be at about the same rank as Sapphir, or at least close to it. Berthier, the third eldest Spectre Sister is up next to attempt to get the rabbit.
Ami was listening for the sound of water for some reason, which lead her to some plumbers fixing a broken pipe... This new Black Moon girl shows up in front of Ami for a second to intimidate her... then she shows up on TV claiming to be a chess and dowsing expert. Ami, Naru, and Usagi all see this after they finish swimming.. at the chess match, Berthier says she knows all about Sailor Mercury... Ami deducts from listening to this person that the Black Moon is after Chibiusa, who they call "Rabbit"...
Berthier keeps intimidating Ami more and more, saying she'll suffer the same fate as Mars... she's so nervous she knocks a piece over on accident... suddenly Usagi yells out to encourage her... Ami wins the match, then Berthier attacks anyway... Mercury seems to be able to hold her off, but then her Aqua Illusion backfired, and she got caught in Berthier's water barrier and taken by Rubeus after Berthier got eliminated by Sailor Moon...
"Is Sailor Moon really that strong?"... Chibiusa is losing faith in Sailor Moon after seeing her friends get kidnapped with her there...
meanwhile, the others start talking about how they're going to save Mars... Ami is playing chess, and saying this helps her get better at planning their enemy's moves..
