The Starlights head to Galaxy TV to avenge Kakyuu.
Meanwhile Saturn and Pluto arrive to help their Princess.
The outer senshi team also sneaks into Galaxy TV... The inner senshi team can't sit by and watch... Chibi Chibi's light of hope appears and transports the inner senshi over to where Galaxia and the Starlights are.
Galaxia ends up stealing the 4 inner senshi's Star Seeds... and Sailor Moon recognizes Mamoru's Star Seed there with them...

Galaxia had Mamoru's golden Star Seed all along...
The one with the brightest shine is entitled to be the ruler.
Chibi Chibi teleports Sailor Moon and the Starlights away when they're about to get hit by Galaxia's attack...
Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Saturn are fighting Galaxia now... Galaxia can block Uranus's sword...
Chibi Chibi talks to the Starlights...
Nobody... to protect?
The Starlights remember the sacrifices Sailor Moon and the others have made... they are starting to realize what the Light of Hope is...
Saturn:
Believe in Sailor Moon
Uranus and Neptune surrender to Galaxia's power, and accept her deal to side with her and give her their Star Seeds... She puts her bracelets on them... the same ones she controlled all those other Sailor Senshi with... Then they kill Pluto and Saturn and take their Star Seeds.
Episode 198
Sailor Moon and the Starlights go up against Uranus and Neptune... well actually just the Starlights, Sailor Moon plays pacifist, otherwise it wouldn't even be close to an even match.
Uranus's older attack, World Shaking defeats Star Fighter's "Star Serious Laser"
Uranus whispers to Seiya: "You can do it, right?"
Just as they look like they're about to finish off the Starlights, they turn on Galaxia and try to take her Star Seed instead... but they find out she doesn't actually have a Star Seed. Galaxia destroys their bracelets and kills them.
The Starlights... Sailor Moon's last remaining allies, start putting their belief in her now.
Galaxia reveals that she was actually the Legendary Sailor Soldier who defeated the Chaos, and sealed the Chaos inside her... that's why she has no Star Seed.
Episode 199
Galaxia is actually starting to struggle against the Starlights' combined power.
She's not invincible! If we come together, we can win!
But nope, Galaxia defeats them...
Sailor Moon is trying to become friends with Galaxia instead of fighting her.
Silver Moon Crystal Power!
Nope, that doesn't work either, and Galaxia breaks Eternal Sailor Moon's wand, and attacks her... The Starlights continue putting their hope in Sailor Moon.
A girl with such a warm heart isn't supposed to disappear
Sailor Moon takes out her own Star Seed... her Silver Crystal... Then Galaxia shatters it.
... WHAT
did she just... the Silver Crystal... the fucking invincible ace card that has always gotten her out of everything... smash it to bits?

Suddenly, the real Sailor Galaxia is revealed...sealed inside Chaos... she's trying to keep the Chaos sealed within herself... but the Chaos is taking over Galaxia... before she sealed Chaos, she sent out her Star Seed, the Light of Hope, and it went into Chibi Chibi.
Galaxia's Light of Hope, the only light that can challenge her, awakens inside Sailor Chibi Chibi. She revives Sailor Moon.
Episode 200
Galaxia's Star Seed is now embraced by Usagi... Chibi Chibi then transforms into the Sword of Sealing...
Sailor Moon is now in Princess form... She refuses to use the sword against Galaxia... instead she turns the sword back into Chibi Chibi, and Chibi Chibi dies and her Star Seed gets absorbed into Sailor Moon, and her Princess form gets leveled up into Naked Princess form... the ultimate rank...
She reaches out to Galaxia, convinces her to overcome the Chaos inside her... She grabs Galaxia's hand, and the darkness immediately retreats...
Just like that... Naked Princess Serenity's power is so overwhelming she can defeat the source of all chaos just by befriending it...
She tells Galaxia to help guide the Star Seeds so they don't get lost...
The Star Seeds all surround Usagi... She brings everyone back to life.
