Time stealing plot... Usagi's mom bought her a cat alarm clock that makes her feel like she has no time and always has to hurry... Now that there's another sailor soldier, there can be episodes like this where even Usagi falls into the enemy's brainwashing. Ami pulls out some portable handheld computer thing, and finds out what's going on... Tuxedo Mask used his Tuxedo sense and came to help too, by throwing a rose at the clock.
Episode 10
Rei's introduction... the buses that go to the shrine are kidnapping people... everyone's suspicious of the strange shrine maiden...
Akuryo Taisan / Evil Spirit Begone ... Rei is able to fight the enemy even before she learns how to transform...
Jadeite is getting more stealthy with his plans kinda... 3 sailor soldiers is getting to be too much for him.
Rei is getting really bad visions because of the Dark Kingdom...
This episode introduces the real leader behind the Dark Kingdom, the one that's above Queen Beryl... Queen Metalia is like a formless abstract demonic entity, taking energy from the people of Earth to revive itself from its imprisonment by the Silver Millenium.
Usagi almost chickens out on taking the demon bus, then gains confidence by disguising herself. Rei gets on the bus too, and she realizes the bus driver is a villain...
Rei transforms into Sailor Mars and learns the Fire Soul attack on her own... kills the monster in one hit without Sailor Moon's help... Ami leaves a signal to help Usagi get out of that weird bus dimension.
Episode 11
a weird zoo witch, sucking energy from people at the zoo.
Rei's addition to the team makes them a lot better at sensing the enemy's presence ahead of time now...
Rei joins Mamoru in making fun of Usagi... Now instead of crying, Usagi is trying to prove herself to Rei and Mamoru.
The zoo witch/fairy/doll thing attacks with its dream breath... Mercury freezes it, and Mars and Moon combine their attacks.
Episode 12
Jadeite is such a loser lol he just comes up with dumb ideas all the time and gets his minions to do everything.
This time his brilliant idea is to get people onto a cruise ship and then suck out their energy. This is the kinda thing Usagi most likely gets caught up in herself... Rei gets caught in it too actually, she uses her powers to cheat at winning a couple of tickets, and invites Ami to go... this makes Usagi mad and she uses a disguise to get on the cruise... so all 3 of them got caught up in this trap.
Episode 13
Beryl is pissed at Jadeite now, for letting one of her monsters die... threatening him with his life if he doesn't succeed this time... this is some really dark shit.
Jadeite calls out the Sailor Soldiers to meet him at a jet plane landing on top of a building... he gets owned. The next Dark Kingdom commander steps up to try and gather energy for Metalia.
Episode 14
Nephrite: "Each human has a moment in their life when their energy level peaks"... so instead of coming up with dumb schemes to brainwash and drain energy from a large group of people, this guy focuses on targeting individual people... This should make for much more interesting character-driven plots.
There's random tennis player who is Naru's long time friend... she's Nephrite's next target.
Luna and the moon person she's communicating with through an arcade machine, are working on gathering intel on the enemy, and they've discovered the Dark Kingdom is behind everything.
Now Usagi wants to save the day on her own and rescue the tennis player to get back at Luna and Rei... Tuxedo Mask shows up to throw a rose and give her a confidence boost, but it's still a formidable fight.
Nephrite is noticeably stronger than Jadeite by a lot... Jadeite is like the Raditz of the series.
Something is happening to Mamoru... his dreams are getting to him...
Episode 15
While Usagi is busy spying on Rei's date with Mamoru, Ami figures out Nephrite's plot to make an environmentalist park dweller go crazy
Episode 16
There's a wedding dress contest... Usagi's teacher who is getting married is Nephrite's next target, and he makes her obsessed with getting the perfect dress...
