Sailor Aluminum Seiren found out Sailor Moon's identity, and she leads Usagi's friends and the Three Lights into a trap fan-club flight... Usagi goes and surrenders her Star Seed to try and save them... Usagi's Star Seed burns Seiren's hand.
Seiya decides to give up his secret in order to save Usagi... him and the rest of the Starlights transform, and the Sailor Senshi all do the same and reveal themselves to each other...
hell yeah, this scene was awesome...

Usagi still refuses to give up on being friends with the Three Lights/Starlights, and Seiya still refuses to give up on winning Usagi's/Sailor Moon's heart... But the other Sailor Senshi and other Starlights treat each other as enemies and want Usagi/Seiya to stay away from each other...
Seiya goes to a fortune teller for love advice, not realizing it's Rei who's giving the fortune.
a DJ gets turned into a "Sailor DJ" phage... then when Eternal Sailor Moon heals him, she gets ambushed by Sailor Tin Nyanko.

The outer senshi show up and reveal their identities to the Sailor Starlights, and warn them to stay away from Usagi.
Seiya truly believes in Sailor Moon, and wants to tell her everything about the Starlights and their mission... Now Seiya is singing not just to reach their princess, but also to get his message across to Sailor Moon... Usagi is watching the concert from a ferris wheel, and sees Seiya's glittering star, it reveals the Starlights' story to her... Galaxia destroyed their homeworld along with many other worlds, and their Princess managed to escape to Earth, and now they're looking for her...
